We meet early in the morning at Paris CdG airport. Take-off at 7:30 a.m. for a direct flight to Atar. Baggage allowance 15kg + 5kg cabin.
Arrival Atar-Maurtianie at 11:20 am. Transfer to the Auberge in Atar.

STAGE 1: Fort Saganne - Zarga 29km
Breakfast at the inn, then transfer to Fort Saganne
Site visit
Race starts at 10 a.m.
Meals and bivouacs in tents in the Zarga dunes
Monday, January 29, 2024:
STAGE 2: Zarga - Chinguetty 38km
Stage starts at 8 a.m.
On arrival, visit the old oasis of Chinguetty, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its ancient libraries rich in manuscripts dating back to the 11th century.
Meals and overnight in hostel
Tuesday, January 30 and Wednesday, January 31, 2024:
STAGE 3: Chinguetty - Tanouchert Oasis: 62 km
Stage starts at 8 a.m.
Possibility to bivouac at CP2 and continue the stage the next day.
Meal and bivouac at Tanouchert oasis.
Thursday, February 1, 2024:
STAGE 4: Tanouchert - Ouadane. 40 km
Stage starts at 8 a.m.
Race finish, rankings, gala dinner.
Friday, February 2, 2024:
In the morning, visit the ancient city of Ouadane and its magnificent ruins, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Afternoon 4x4 transfer to Atar.
Meals and overnight in a hostel in Atar.
Saturday, February 3, 2024:
Return flight Atar-Paris. Take-off at 12.10 p.m.
Arrival Paris CdG at 6:00 p.m.
